Kristen is a non-traditional Physical Therapist & owner of Prosper Performance & Physical Therapy in Sugar Hill, GA. She was certified in Postural RestorationⓇ (PRCⓇ) in 2009, and was one of the first 47 to receive this distinction. In 2023, Kristen was introduced to the Applied Integration AcademyⓇ which further increased her knowledge & understanding of more complex patterns and dove deeper into successful integration with Dentists, Optometrists and Myofunctional therapists. Specializing in methods that address the underlying asymmetries and movement patterns that can lead to injury & pain has allowed her to empower her clients to “Take Their Musculoskeletal Health into Their Own Hands”.
Kristen is a FL Native, Military Brat, USAF Veteran, former Competitive Runner and Boy Mom. Her mission is to change the misconceptions & current practices in traditional medicine, so that fewer time is spent away from activity, in pain, in Dr offices & at rehab appointments. Kristen’s goal is to preserve 5000 Active Lifestyles by 2035!
